Khor Fakkan Beach & Gulf of Oman Flashback: Khor Fakkan Beach - Sharjah - United Arab Emirates. Khris and I drove from Dubai to Khor Fakkan in the emirate of Sharjah, from the Persian Gulf to the Gulf of Oman. We got to Khor Fakkan right before 8 PM, but as you can see, it was HOT & HUMID.   Inside the new Khor Fakkan Amphitheatre Khaleejtimes.com: We take a tour of the Khor Fakkan Amphitheatre, the latest artistic addition to the cultural landmarks of Sharjah. Located at the foot of "Al Sayed" mountain facing the Khorfakkan beach, it allows visitors the sights and sounds of the city’s natural side. His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah inaugurated the Khorfakkan Amphitheatre on December 14. He also inaugurated the waterfall tourist destination, and attended the first screening of the historical cinematic epic "Khorfakkan". #majjad

It's so humid, my Sony A6000 is fogged up!  Khor Fakkan, Sharjah, UAE. September 10, 2021. Got to Khor Fakkan late. This was taken almost 8:30 PM. The Khorfakkan Waterfall was inaugurated by His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah. The man-made waterfall is located on a natural cliff that overlooks the Khorfakkan Corniche. The waterfall is 43 metres above sea level, 45 metres long and 11 metres wide. There are multiple openings where visitors can see the water slope through the top of the cave to the bottom of the mountain. Moreover, from the top aperture, you can enjoy panoramic views of Khorfakkan Beach. Khorfakkan Located on the east coast of the UAE, along the Gulf of Oman, the town of Khorfakkan is popular for its spas, beaches, watersports activities and fishing.
